Benefits of our Virtual EXPO are:

A 3D virtual platform that will allow exhibitors to showcase company information and current job roles
A chat facility will allow recruiters to talk to applicants on a one to one basis, via live message and voice / video calls through the event platform
Reduced logistics issues – Login from anywhere – Recruiters and candidates may still be working remotely as workers adjust to the “new normal”
Full reporting, attendee contact details and booth journey data accessible
Setting up your Exhibitor booth is easy via the EXPO platform
You will also be able to create booth representative accounts, using the log in details on the day of the event to access the booth and chat room
The event will be open between 9am and 4pm

The Virtual Lobby
On arrival at the event yourself and attendees will be taken to an interactive 3D lobby where they can navigate all of the EXPO features

*Registering for any of the 3 events will allow attendees to access each separate exhibition hall.

Exhibition Hall
Entering an Exhibition Hall gives a birds eye view of the events floorplan.
Click on Exhibitor logos to visit booths and find further information.
Exhibitor Booths
Set up your virtual booth using your company branding images and add a company profile, documents & videos.
Booth banners and content links will be clickable through to your company website pages
Add current job vacancies which can be viewed and applied for on your booth and also in the job search function
Then just like a physical event, attendees can visit your booth and view the information and job roles


Chat
Engage with attendees online via the chat function.
Your booth chat room will feature a group discussion allowing attendees to ask general questions for anyone visiting your booth to see, or the option to send direct messages to your online representatives.
Through the EXPO platform you will have the option to call / video call an attendee
Auditorium
Ever been to a live event and sat behind the tallest person in the room?
At the Virtual EXPO attendees can view speaker sessions online in the Virtual Auditorium.
Exhibitors who book a speaker session can provide this as a pre recorded video, either as an on demand session or with an allocated time slot

How do you find the list of attendees?
On the day of the EXPO you will be able to use the Search Resume function (which can be found in the lobby menu)
You will be able to search and find all of the attendees that have registered, giving you access to the contact details of anyone relevant for your job requirements. You can also use this facility for 30 days after the event
if an attendee misses the EXPO?
The event will be accessible for 30 days after the live date to allow candidates to revisit client stands, apply for job roles or view presentations.
The live chat option will not be available after the live date
Virtual Delegate Bag?
Exhibitor documents can be added to the virtual event bag. Attendees can then review the information at a later stage by emailing the information to their email address

We will also provide an event planner so that attendees can view the full list of exhibitor booths
Do attendees need to register with a CV?
Due to the nature of the event attendees do not have to supply a CV to register
Do I need to download or install any software to be able to exhibit?
No, you do not need to download or install any software to participate in our EXPO. You only need to have access to the Internet. If you wish to have one-to-one video calls with any participant during the day you will need to have access to a camera and check your company restrictions
How do I login on the day?
After you have booked to attend you will be given access to a booth set up form, here along with setting up your booth you will be required to set up accounts for your representatives attending the event. They will be provided with the platform URL to log in and access your booth and chat room ready for the event to start.
What time does the event open and close?
The event will be open at 9am and close at 4pm on Tuesday 27th April
Will I be expected to have an online representative available at all times during the event?
Yes, you will need to ensure that you have someone available during the event to engage with the attendees who visit your booth. You can have between 4 and 6 booth reps online during the event for busy times
Which browser is best for the event and video streaming?
We would suggest you use Chrome or Firefox to get the best quality.
Who do I contact in case of a technical issue on the day?
Please visit the virtual information desk at the EXPO, where you can chat to the technical team or find us at the organisers booth
