Using the EXPO Platform is easy:
Browse exhibitor booths and job postings
View client content
Use chat tools to network with exhibitors
View presentations in the virtual auditorium
Register to set up your candidate profile and log in details.
On the day of the event use the same URL and log in between 9am and 4pm

The Virtual Lobby
On arrival at the event you will be taken to an interactive 3D lobby where you can navigate all of the EXPO features

*Registering for any of the 3 events will allow you to access each separate exhibition hall.

Exhibition Hall
When you enter an Exhibition Hall you will see a birds eye view of the events floorplan.
Click on Exhibitor logos to visit booths and find further information.
Exhibitor Booths
Just like a physical event, you can visit an exhibitor’s booth. You can view company profiles and literature or view current job vacancies
Exhibitor documents can be added to the virtual event bag.
You can then review the information at a later stage by emailing the information to your email address


Chat
Engage with exhibitors online via the chat feature.
You can join the group discussion, send direct messages or arrange voice or video calls through the EXPO platform
Auditorium
Ever been to a live event and sat behind the tallest person in the room?
At the Virtual EXPO you can view sessions online in the Virtual Auditorium.
Pre-recorded talks by recruiters and industry leaders will be available to watch through the platform

Missed the event? No problem!
The event will be accessible for 30 days after the live date to allow candidates to revisit client stands, apply for job roles or view presentations.
The live chat option will not be available after the live date

Do I need to register all of my details in full including a CV?
Whilst it is an advantage to recruiters to be able to view your information, due to the nature of the event we understand that not all candidates can provide too much information. You can register with basic information and communicate with recruiters directly once logged in
Do I need to download or install any software to be able to attend?
No, you do not need to download or install any software to participate in our EXPO. You only need to have access to the Internet. If you wish to have one-to-one video calls with any participant during the day you will need to have access to a camera on your laptop
How do I login on the day?
Once you register you will receive an email confirming your participation, this will contain the event webpage details. Simply return to this page on the 27th April and log in using your email address and password (you will set your password at point of registration)
What if I forget my password?
Don’t worry you can reset your password – click the platform link in the registration confirmation email that you received and follow the instructions for forgotten password
What time does the event open and close?
The event will be open at 9am and close at 4pm on Tuesday 27th April
What features can I expect at an online event?
The event will have many features similar to a live event. Via the lobby you can enter the exhibition halls. You can search for clients and visit their virtual booths. You will be able to review content, apply for job roles or use the chat facility to talk to potential employers.
You can save information in your virtual delegate bag and review at a later stage.
Which browser is best for the event and video streaming?
We would suggest you use Chrome or Firefox to get the best quality.
Who do I contact in case of a technical issue?
Please visit the virtual information desk at the EXPO to help with any event specific questions. Our technical team will be on hand to answer any technical support questions in the same area
What if I miss the event - can I still access the content?
All content will remain on the site for 30 days, allowing registered applicants the opportunity to revisit on a different day and access the exhibitor booths and presentations. Please note that the chat room facility will not be live so if you want to contact any of the exhibitors please see contact information on their individual booths
